Developing Best Practice in the EYFS

This is a three part course, providing an in-depth look at best practice in the EYFS including:
• Understanding the statutory requirements of the EYFS curriculum
• Creating an environment that really enables learning for children and adults
• Developing manageable assessments, including readiness for the EYFS Profile
• Building an effective team

Participants will have the opportunity to explore current research and deepen their understanding of how they can provide the best early years experience for their children.
The final session will provide participants with the opportunity to share their own action research and developments based on their learning across the course.

NQTs or teachers new to Nursery or Reception who want to develop their knowledge of EYFS pedagogy and practice.
