To register as a new user to site click on the register link in the top right-hand corner of the page.

First select the registration type:

• School / Company / Organisation
• Family Hub
• Individual

School / Company / Organisation
When selecting School / Company / Organisation, a new select field will show: Select your School / Company / Organisation from the list.
If your School / Company / Organisation is not in the list, please contact us.
When you have selected your School / Company / Organisation, a form will show. All fields are required.
For Reasons for Registering field, please select at least one option.
When finished, click on the Register button. You will then receive an notification to verify your email address.

Family Hubs
When selecting Family Hub, a new a form will show. All fields are required.
For Reasons for Registering field, please select at least one option.
When finished, click on the Register button. You will then receive an notification to verify your email address.

Individual
When selecting Individual, a form will show. All fields are required.
For Reasons for Registering field, please select at least one option.
When finished, click on the Register button. You will then receive an notification to verify your email address.

Logging in for the first time

You need an email and password to log into the site.

If you have been registered by Direct Services to Schools or your school/organisation, you will have received a verification email. You will need to click on the link within this email in order to verify you email address and request a password before you can log in.

Didn't get the email?
