Covid-19 Update

Welcome to Direct Services to Schools

Welcome to the Direct Services to Schools website, where you can find details of our Services, Training Courses, Apprenticeship programme and Facilities.

Schools have continued to show a great deal of strength and resilience in supporting children and young people through the difficult times we have all experienced and we are pleased to provide a range of services that enhance this support.

We are pleased to announce that we have, in many cases, adapted our delivery in order to offer you a blended experience of both virtual and face to face training and support, although I know we are very much looking forward to seeing you all in person again.

We will also be introducing video conferencing throughout the Professional Development Centre (PDC) to allow blended learning to take place within that setting.  With these additional measures, we will be able to continue with the delivery of our training and services with minimal disruption, should further restrictions be introduced.

Many of our services and development programmes can be tailored to suit your school's specific needs, therefore please contact us to discuss any requirements you may have.

We invite you to contact Caroline Banin-Taylor, Head of Direct Services to Schools, if you have any feedback regarding services we provide, that you require, or for general enquiries.  Your feedback and knowing that our services continue to meet your individual needs is valuable in ensuring we support schools to help children and young people.

We look forward to working with you and welcoming you to the PDC soon.
